Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party is my absolute FAVORITE holiday event at the Walt Disney World Resort! Admission to the party does not officially begin until 7:00 p.m. on event evenings. It is unlikely that you'll be able to secure dining reservations inside
Magic Kingdom Park at that time, since you would be required to have a ticket for this extremely popular special event.
Consider booking dining reservations for 6:45 p.m. (or earlier) at Magic Kingdom Park. If you manage to snag one of those times, you will be allowed to remain in the theme park until the conclusion of your meal. Afterward, Cast Members will scan your
MagicBands, Special Event tickets or check to see if you have a special Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party wristband in order to stay for the party. If you do not, they will graciously escort you toward the exit of the theme park.
