    i have a 7:10pm dinner reservation at Minnies Dine at Hollywood and Vine. Could not get the reservation that offered the Fantasmic seating. Do you think we would be able to make it to Fantasmic showing at 8:30? It will be Monday November 23, 2015.

    Hi there Amanda,

    Unfortunately, I honestly think you're going to be cutting it a little too close.  If your Hollywood and Vine reservation is at 7:10 and it takes a few minutes to be seated, it won't leave you much time to enjoy your meal and meet with the all of the characters, as they come by your table in a rotation.  I like to tell guests to allow at least an hour for character dining experiences.

    It is recommended that you arrive anywhere from 30-60 minutes before Fantasmic! begins, to insure the best seating.  There is a maximum capacity, so if you arrive too late, there is a chance you will be turned away.  I would really hate for you to rush through such an amazing character meal, only to be turned away at the door of Fantasmic!

    Just in case you decide to go for it, please keep in mind, it will take about 5-8 minutes for you to briskly walk from Hollywood and Vine up to the Hollywood Hills Amphitheater where Fantasmic! takes place.  If you were on your way by 8:00, I would say go for it. Otherwise, I can't really guarantee you'll make it on time. I also think 40 minutes at Minnie's Holiday Dine will not be sufficient.

    Perhaps you can consider another on of the options included with the Fantasmic! Dining Package?  Or maybe save Minnie's Holiday Dine for an alternate night!  I really hope you are able to experience both, as they are both on the "not to miss list."  Sorry I didn't have better news!
