    I have a 7:55 pm dinner reservation at Akershus on Dec 20th? Does dinner start on time? How long would the dinner normally last? Will we be able to see the IIluminations if we go for this time slot?

    Hi Veena!
    Two of my favorite things to enjoy at Epcot! If you have a 7:55 pm reservation at Akershus Royal Banquet Hall, then you should be at the restaurant by 7:45 at the latest because dinner usually starts right on time. The latest I have been seated has been about 10 minutes after my reservation time. Character dining experiences can take about an hour to an hour and a half. Since Illuminations starts at 9:30, I think you have just enough time to enjoy your dinner and watch Illuminations.
