We have a 5:40pm dinner res. at Chef Mickeys on 9/15. We will be @ the MK that day and it closes at 6pm (no hopper). Do you think we'd have time to go to the Chip N Dale Campfire Sing a Long after dinner? Not sure how long dinner will last. Thanks!

    Hi Selena,

You're going to love dining with Mickey and his friends at Disney's Contemporary Resort!  Arrive at least 15-20 minutes before your dinner reservation.  Let the host or hostess know you'd be interested in being seated a bit earlier if a table is available.  Definitely don't rush your meal at Chef Mickey's as you'll want each of the characters to have time to come visit with your family as you dine.

Since Chip & Dale's Campfire Sing-a-long typically starts at 7:30 pm with the making of s'mores behind the Meadow Trading Post at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort & Campground, you may still have time to join the fun at this event after dinner.  Just board a Fort Wilderness-bound boat at the dock behind Disney's Contemporary Resort after dinner.  (Be sure not to mistakenly board the Magic Kingdom-bound boat that also stops at this same dock).  When you arrive at Fort Wilderness, disembark your boat and board the internal resort bus.  Disembark the bus at the Meadow Trading Post and you'll be singing with some friendly chipmunks before you know it.

Have a fun evening on the 15th and be sure to say "hi" to Chip and Dale for me!
