Is the Pluto’s Welcome Kit available for guests staying at Ft. Wilderness? We are renting a RV and will be flying in, so just trying to figure out what to bring.

Bow Wow! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Laura! I’m howling to hEAR that your Pluto pup is coming along for your magical vacation!

Dogs are welcome to the Cabins at Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort, as well as in personal RVs. The Cabins at Disney’s Ft. Wilderness Resort have a $50/night pet-cleaning rate, but since you are staying in your own RV, the Pet Friendly Camping fee is $5.00 a night. Be sure to mention this when you are booking your RV campsite! Naturally, there is easy access to outdoor pet walkways and green spaces, so be sure to locate these when you check in at the Front Desk. I spoke with a Cast Member in Hotel Reservations, and she mentioned that Pluto’s Welcome Kit was indeed available for doggy guests, which typically includes a mat, bowls, a pet ID tag, plastic potty bags, a few puppy pads, and dog walking maps. Remember if you are planning to stay in the parks for a long period of time, reservations for Doggy Day Care can be made with Best Friends Pet Care right on Walt Disney World Resort property.

If I can help you with anything else for your upcoming vacation, just yelp for help! Tramp and I will be standing guard to keep those issues at bay! ~ Lindsey P.
