There are so many pluses to staying in Fort Wilderness. We are stuck between the camp grounds and the resort. Can I get a map of the Wilderness resort area? Other than being indoors, what extra perks do we get when staying at the resort?

Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort has stables, two dinner shows, fishing, pools, boat rentals, the Chip'n Dale's Campfire Sing-a-long, bike rentals, and the Trail's End restaurant. All these options are available to guests who stay in the resort's two choices-campsites or cabins. To see a map of the resort click on Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort.

The Campsites at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort are a good choice for families with a tent, RV, or camper. Camping is the most economical way to stay at Walt Disney World. Comfort Stations are air conditioned and have private showers. Pets are even welcome at the campsites.

The Cabins at Disney's Fort Wilderness Lodge sleep six so consider staying in one if you have a large family. Bunk beds, a separate bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen and on site parking are the benefits of staying in a cabin. Plus you have air conditioning and your own bathroom.

Good luck deciding! Consider experiencing Chip'n Dale's Campfire Sing-a-long during your stay. Roast marshmallows for s'mores, meet Chip'n Dale, and watch a classic disney movie under the stars for a fun, unique evening.
