Hi Davia. Thank you for bringing your question to us here at planDisney.
While
Disney Springs is not a theme park at the
Walt Disney World Resort, it is
definitely a destination. The best part? There is no admission fee to get in and there is plenty to do to fill a day and then some! Plus, it has some of the best, if not
the best, dining options on Walt Disney World Resort property. Some of my favorites are
Chef Art Smith's Homecomin',
Wine Bar George - A Restaurant & Bar, and for some truly outstanding desserts,
Gideon's Bakehouse. No matter what your tastes happen to be, there is something for you at Disney Springs!
Paddlefish is a seafood restaurant located in Disney Springs. While it does not have fireworks viewing, it
does boast 360-degree waterfront views and is designed to look like a classic steamboat. It is truly a unique experience for lunch and dinner!
Davia, when you visit Disney Springs, it's hard not to get distracted by all the delectable offerings. But there's so much more to this location than just delicious food! There's incredible shopping too. From the one-stop Disney merchandise location,
World of Disney, to high-end shops like
Coach and
ALEX AND ANI, and everything in between, you'll likely find something that speaks directly to you. And let's not forget about the activities you can
only do there! Want to take flight in a hot-air balloon? Check out
Aerophile – The World Leader in Balloon Flight. Want a spectacular Disney-inspired acrobatic stage show? Grab tickets to
Drawn to Life Presented by Cirque du Soleil & Disney. How about a ride in an amphibious car? Look no further than
Vintage Amphicar Tours. And that's only scratching the surface of this stellar dining and shopping district.
I hope you enjoy your visit to the resort.
Be sure to reach back out to us if you have any other questions. We are always eager to help!
You're almost there,
Matt
