Plse can anyone tell me if Disney has ever offered Free dining packages for early December and if so, when is it usually announced? If they do announce it, is it worthwhile to upgrade to Mod resort to get TS dining plan? Or stay at Value and QS Thank you

Hi  Hazel! Great News, Disney just extended their Free Dining Offer this morning! See: HERE.

The number of vacation packages available with this promotion are limited and are subject to availability. This package includes accommodations, and a minimum 2-day base ticket in addition to the dining plan. Package must be booked by 08/14/10. The travel updated travel dates are: Aug. 15 – Oct. 7, 2010, Oct. 22 – Oct. 28, 2010, Nov. 12 - Nov. 18, 2010, Nov. 27 – Dec. 2, 2010 and Dec. 10 – Dec. 21, 2010.

Personally, I would upgrade to a Moderate Resort with this offer. Our family looks forward to one Table Service meal per day. It gives you the chance to relax and recap your day together. Not to mention, the food is always incredible. I wouldn't want to eat Quick Service for every meal, but that is just my opinion. If you do decide to upgrade, I would recommend the Port Orleans French Quarter. I like the size of the Resort (much smaller than some of the others). It is truly beautiful with a wonderful atmosphere.

Hope this helps. Be sure to call 407-W-DISNEY as soon as possible to book the extended Free Dining Offer.
