Hi Tracy and thanks for stopping by planDisney today with your question about visiting my favourite European holiday destination -
Disneyland Paris.
Firstly, what a shame! I am so sorry to see that you had purchased
Park Tickets for entry into Disneyland Paris on the 26th December 2025, which you thought were for use on the 27th December 2025. I can only imagine how disappointing that was.
The answer to your question really depends on whether you had purchased Dated Tickets or Undated Tickets.
Undated Tickets are valid for 1 year from the day of purchase so, if your tickets were undated and are still valid, you shouldn't have any problem in using them on an alternative date (subject to there being availability to register your new visit date).
Dated Tickets are refundable, without fees, up to 3 days before the selected visit date.
I think, in your situation, the best thing to do would be to contact Disneyland Paris directly to explain what has happened and to see if they are able to offer any assistance.
The best way to do this is via the dedicated
Contact Form or, by sending an email to:- dlp.guest.communication@disneylandparis.com.
I do hope that this information has been of help Tracy and will keep my fingers crossed that you're able to visit Disneyland Paris in the very near future!
The highly anticipated
World of Frozen will be opening on 29th March 2026 so a visit after this date would be a great time to go!
