hello there. pls help me decide which moderate hotel we willbenefit. family of 5( 2 boys 9 & 10 and a princess 2) I actually do have reservation to POR but read that the resort is better with adults bcoz of its amenities . thanks

Hi, Loryvi! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

My favorite Disney Moderate Resort Hotel, hands down, is Disney’s Port Orleans Resort- Riverside. I just love being able to take the relaxing ferryboat to Disney Springs as well as enjoy all of the amenities such as the nightly campfire, the Fishin’ Hole, and, of course, YeHaa Bob Jackson at River Roost Lounge! Being a party of 5, I think this is an excellent choice as some of the rooms do have an extra pull-down bed, which you don’t necessarily need as children under 3 can stay in a pack-and-play crib but is a great option for your family. That being said, Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort’s Pirate Rooms might be a big draw for the younger buccaneers in your family and the main pool is styled as a Spanish Fort and has a smaller children’s splash area which would be great for your princess. Having stayed at all the Walt Disney World Resort Moderate Hotels, these are my two recommendations, but I truly believe you will have a fantastic time no matter which you choose.

    Have a magical day,
