Hi Nicola! Thank you for sending in your question to the Walt Disney World Moms Panel. The spa at the Grand Floridian has been closed due to a refurbishment for many months now, but it is supposed to reopen on December 17th, 2012. Guests can book spa appointments at the new Senses – A Disney Spa at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort beginning November 15, by calling 407-WDW-SPAS (407-939-7727). I haven't seen a list of treatments or prices so I suggest calling the number and asking a Disney Cast Member directly. I hope this helps! Please write back with more questions!
