You must be so excited for your upcoming visit to
Walt Disney World! It's right around the corner!
Whenever I have a
Walt Disney World Theme Park Ticket issue, I give the super-helpful Cast Members at the
Disney Help Center a call. On the page for that link, you'll find the number listed under Tickets and Hotel Reservations. Sometimes there is a technical glitch that can be fixed over the phone, so if they can work their Disney magic, they'll get your ticket upgraded in no time.
If that doesn't work for you, there are several locations for
Guest Relations just outside the entrances to each theme park. There is also a Guest Relations at ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex and at
Disney Springs Welcome Center. I've found Cast Members at Guest Relations to be able to fix just about any ticket issue we've had--very easily, too!
Another option is to try the great Chat feature on the
My Disney Experience App. Just last month, Cast Members there helped me with
dining reservation changes and
Lightning Lane complications while we were soaring through the air on the
Disney Skyliner. It was such a breeze having everything settled before we even touched the ground. To find the Chat, open your My Disney Experience app on your mobile device, then tap the hamburger icon on the bottom right (three horizontal lines on top of each other). Once on the next screen, scroll down to Help & Feedback and you'll see the option Chat With Us.
