I'm so sorry to hear that you are having issues with your treasured cruise photos. Let's dig up a solution! It sounds as if you have properly figured out how to view your Disney Cruise Photos, but I do want to make sure that you have claimed your photos with the Castaway Club Member ID for the person that initially purchased the cruise photos. For example, if another adult in your stateroom purchased the photos or was selected when you booked a photo package, you will only be able to download the photos using that individual's Castaway Club ID number.
To access and claim the photos with your Castaway Club ID, please log in to
My Cruise Photos and proceed to click the Link option at the top right of your screen. Enter the proper Castaway Club ID number and click the Link Photos button. Please note that the watermarks can take up to 60 minutes to disappear from the photos once they are claimed. If you are still having difficulties, I encourage you to email dcl.guest.communications@disneycruise.com for additional assistance.
