Hi Alicia! Thanks for bringing your question to planDisney.
The Disneyland Resort doesn't publish nutritional information at this time, although you can find allergy information on menus accessible using the
Disneyland mobile app. I'm sorry if that's exactly what you wanted to hear today, but I can provide you with some additional information that might be helpful.
Fruit-flavored
DOLE Whip, including the tasty original flavor so many of us love, tends to be dairy-free, which makes this a good choice for Guests who are looking for a lighter, refreshing treat. Dairy-free DOLE Whip flavors are fat-free, unlike traditional ice cream. It is not, however, a sugar-free treat, as it contains fruit juice and other added sugars.
If you have additional questions about your favorite treats while visiting the parks, please feel free to speak with a Cast Member. If you're looking to limit sugar, carbs, fat, or seeking smaller portions, they are always happy to help in whatever way they can. Some locations might also have nutritional information available upon request.
Additionally, the
Food Allergies and Special Dietary Needs page is worth checking out ahead of your visit if you have concerns about making choices that are right for you. For example, some locations may offer no-sugar-added desserts, which you might like to try! Clarabelle's Hand-Scooped Ice Cream in Disney California Adventure Park on Buena Vista Street currently offers a no-sugar-added Vanilla option, and you should be able to find no-sugar-added Butter Pecan on Main Street, U.S.A. in Disneyland Park at Gibson Girl Ice Cream Parlor. You can also look for the
Disney Check on Disneyland Resort menus: these selections meet
Disney's nutritional guidelines. My family often finds these Disney Check choices to be some of our favorite menu items, and I appreciate having healthy options available for myself and my boys while visiting the parks.
Have a tasty trip!
Elizabeth
