Can you please tell me which resorts will accomodate 5 guests (2 adults, 3 children), excluding DVC/villas? Excluding full beds as well. Thanks so much!!

    Hi, Wendy!

There are resorts in all price categories that will accommodate your family of 5.

In the Value Category, you can select a Family Suite at All-Star Music or Art of Animation (opening summer 2012.)   The Family Suites have 2 rooms, with one having a queen size  bed and the second room having pull-out sofa beds.  Each suite has 2 full bathrooms and a kitchenette.

In the Moderate Category, one choice can be a  room at Port Orleans Riverside in the Alligator Bayou section.  Each room has 2 queen beds plus a pull down bed.  Your other moderate option would be a cabin at Disney's Fort Wilderness.  The cabins come complete with a separate bedroom and full kitchen.

In the Deluxe Category, many rooms will have 2 queen beds plus a day bed.  Room types vary, so make sure to be specific when booking your room that it will accommodate all 5 of you.   I find the rooms at the Contemporary to be the most spacious in the Deluxe category.

Look through your options, and see if one of these will work for you. If you need more information on any of these resorts, just let me know!  Have fun planning your magical vacation.

Meet the Panelist: Cathy, Ohio

Hi, I'm Cathy from Cleveland. I love to travel, especially in the winter to escape the snow and cold of Ohio! My husband and 2 kids share my enthusiasm for travel, so we enjoy our adventures together whether it is hiking at a National Park, sailing on a Disney Cruise Ship, or going to Walt Disney World which is our home away from home. My husband proposed to me in front of Cinderella Castle and we have not stopped visiting ever since! It's a blast helping guests here at planDisney!
