Welcome to planDisney, Sarah! Thanks so much for stopping by with your question today.
Morimoto Asia is one of my favorite restaurants at
Disney Springs, so I'm happy to help you understand more about how the
Disney Dining Plan works for your upcoming lunch there.
For lunch at Morimoto Asia, you will use one Table-Service Meal per person, with a few exceptions. Each Table-Service Meal includes one entrée, one dessert, and one beverage per guest, with guests over the age of 21 being able to order an alcoholic beverage if they prefer. When selecting your meal, you can choose an item from the Lunch Specials, Rice & Noodles, Meat & Poultry, Sushi, or Vegetables section of the menu. This gives you a fantastic range of options from Morimoto's signature ramen and sushi rolls to classics like Orange Chicken or Wok Fried Lo Mein. Dim Sum & Small Plates are not included in the dining plan, but you are welcome to order them for an additional fee. These make a great shared starter if your group wants a few extra bites! Finally, Morimoto Peking Duck is considered an entrée for two and requires two Table-Service Meals if you choose to order it.
For your Mouseketeers, Morimoto Asia has a dedicated kids' menu, and all items on this menu are included in the Dining Plan, so they can pick anything they like with no extra charge! At this time, that menu includes Orange Chicken, Lo Mein, Mini Ramen, and Egg Fried Rice, but these items are subject to change so be sure to check the menu when you arrive for the most up-to-date choices.
I hope this answers your question, Sarah, and please let us know if there's anything else we can do to help you plan your magical vacation!
