Please tell me if I need to call the place where we will go character dining in advance to tell the about my daughter milk protein allergy.

    Hi Walter,

Disney is excellent at dealing with food allergies and intolerances.  I would definitely call (407)WDW-DINE in advance to let them know about the allergy.  The reservationist will note it in all of your reservations.  Also, please remind your server when you arrive.  The chef will come out to discuss different meal options with you.

At quick service restaurants please ask for the ingredients book.  Each restaurant has one available.  The staff is trained to help, and I can tell you that they try their best to accommodate Guests.  I've attached a link that will give you further information on how to handle special dietary needs.

I hope this information helps!  Have a magical vacation!

Magic Kingdom still takes my breath away, but my favorite place to be is on a Disney ship looking at the horizon and breathing in that crisp, clean ocean air!  I love planning Disney vacations for others and making sure it's more than they dreamed. Learn More About Marisol
