    Can you please tell me how long it takes to process a refund for a paid in full reservation (resort and tickets only)? thank you

    Hi Dorothy!

         Oh no - I am so sorry that you had to cancel your Disney vacation!  Hopefully, you will be able to re-book at a later date.  The official answer is that it may take up to ten business days for your payment to be refunded to your card.  However, as a former travel agent, I am accustomed to seeing refunds appear within 48 hours.  Of course, I can't guarantee that time frame, but I have always seen them happen in a VERY timely manner.  Wishing you a magical vacation sometime in the near future!
