Could you please tell me if we can use Disney gift cards bought IN THE UK, at Walt Disney World or on Disney Cruises etc? Thanks!

    Ahoy, Brooke!

Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! It sounds like you're thinking about planning a Disney Vacation by Land and Sea! These are my favorite vacations because I get to experience all the magic of a Walt Disney World Resort vacation and all the adventure while sailing the high seas aboard Disney Cruise Line! Leaving Walt Disney World Resort or a Disney Cruise is always sad, but when I have more Disney excitement to look forward to, it makes leaving a little easier!

Brooke, thank you for your patience while we researched this answer for you. After speaking with multiple friends from Disney Cruise Line, we found out that unfortunately you may not use Disney Gift Cards purchased in the U.K. at Walt Disney World Resort or while sailing on Disney Cruise Line. The only exception to this is if you purchase a package from a tour operator or through the Disney Travel Company office in the U.K. If either of these scenarios are the case then yes, the cards you receive as part of the package (when you arrive to the U.S.) do work.

Thank you so much for sailing by with this excellent question. I hope you have a magical land and sea vacation!
