    please can you tell me if i have to use disney dollars or can i use plan dollars

    Hi Adam!

    Thanks for sending your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! Disney Dollars are the official currency of Walt Disney World Resort, the Disneyland Resort and Disney Store locations in the U.S. They are available for purchase in 3 denominations—$1, $5 and $10—each with unique Disney Character portraits. Guests purchase them as sort of a novelty or gift item, (similar to a gift card) and they can be used in the same fashion as regular money, to purchase merchandise, food, tickets, etc. You are not required to use Disney Dollars but I will tell you from personal experience, they are very nice to have and use!
