    Hello - Can you please tell me the difference between a room type at the AKL. There is the Savannah view and the Arusha view. The Arusha room is approx $30 additional - does this mean you will view more animals? Thank you

    Hello Janet!

    The Arusha Savanna Rooms overlook Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge's main savanna area.  There tend to be more animals to view on the Arusha Savanna versus the Sunset or Uzima Savannas.  The Arusha Savanna is home to a few animals which can not be seen on the other savannas.  It is also the largest of the Lodge's savanna areas.

    The Arusha Savanna views were the most requested on the AKL property and therefore earned a preferred status.
