Ahoy there, Liz! Thank you for visiting planDisney. I am happy to help you.
You will find Online Check-in by logging into the
Disney Cruise Line website to access your
reservation. Under the Cruise Details tab, you should see "Online Check-In" once your cruise is paid in full and you are at least 30 days before sailing.
For Online Check-in, you will need the address, contact information, emergency contact information, travel plans before and after the cruise, and simple photos from the shoulders up for each member of your traveling party. The headshots can be taken with a cell phone, but can only include one Guest in the photo at a time. The background must be simple, and make sure it's in focus. I took my photo in front of a blank wall, without my glasses on. You have up to 1 day prior to your sailing to complete the Online Check-in.
It is recommended that you print your Port Arrival Form, but it is not required. You can add it to your mobile wallet on your smartphone.
Liz, I hope this helps you make the final preparations for your upcoming magical vacation on Disney Cruise Line. Make sure to download the
Disney Cruise Line Navigator app before you embark to have access to the onboard activities listing and your
rotational dining schedule. If you have any other questions, sail back to
planDisney. My pals and I will be happy to help.
Bon Voyage!
