In fact, I just recently visited with a friend after a runDisney race, and she designed a special pair of ears to commemorate her magical achievement. When you arrive, I recommend heading to Ye Olde Christmas Shoppe earlier in the day — this gives the talented Cast Members plenty of time to bring your vision to life (kind of like Fairy Godmothers with a touch of pixie dust!).
Here’s how it works:
- A Cast Member will ask what personalization you’d like — maybe a name, a special date, or even some fun artwork like Mickey balloons or Cinderella’s pumpkin carriage.
- You'll also pick your ink color (so many enchanted options to choose from!).
- Once you confirm and sign off on your design, they’ll let you know when to return.
- When you come back... bibbidi bobbidi boo! — Your one-of-a-kind ears will be ready to create memories for years to come.
Also, while you’re exploring Magic Kingdom, be sure to make a stop at one of my favorite hidden gems — Kernel Kitchen, tucked away at the back of the
Main Street Confectionery. Here, you can create your very own custom popcorn masterpiece, mixing flavors and toppings. Keep an eye out too — sometimes they even offer special seasonal creations that are simply ear-resistible!
