please can you tell me if Adults are free to swim with no life-guards on duty  at 5am or 6am ?

    Hello Adam,

I am not sure where you will be staying for your trip to Walt Disney World.  Some resorts have more than one pool. For example, Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa has the Beach Pool with specific lifeguard hours and the Courtyard Pool, open 24/7.  There is no lifeguard on duty there.  In any case, guests must abide by the posted pool hours.  As long as you do that, you will be just fine. Have fun.

I wish you a truly magical vacation.
