Can I please have someone help me change my tickets dates? I am unable to come on May 5-7.

Hi Carolyn! Welcome to planDisney! I'm so glad you found us to ask for help with your Disneyland Resort vacation.

I'm sorry to hear you won't be able to visit The Happiest Place on Earth this week. While I can't access your account and make changes for you, I can help by providing the steps needed to change your dates to visit. You can use the Disneyland website or Disneyland Mobile App to view and change your plans. If you know the new dates you want to visit, I suggest that you first check the Theme Park Reservation Availability Calendar to make sure those dates have reservations available. Next, you will need to cancel the Theme Park Reservations you have for this week. Then, you can choose the new dates you would like to visit, pending availability.

The magic will be waiting for you when you're ready to visit! The Disney100 Celebration will be happening all year and there's plenty of time to enjoy all of the pixie-dusted offerings. When you're ready to plan the details, we're ready to answer your questions at planDisney!

    Wishing you magic,
    Lisa
