Being an Annual Passholder at the Disneyland Resort was one of the best things that my family did. We have so many memories, pictures and videos of us in the parks and I’m sure you do too. My kids have grown up at the Disneyland Resort and I’m grateful for the times we were able to pop in to ride our favorite attractions, stop by for our favorite meal or spend the whole day at the parks from ropedrop to closing. Even though the Annual Passholder program has sailed into the sunset, I am excited for a new membership program that will be announced at a later date.
I’m sorry to hear that you have not received all of your refunds for your passes. The Disneyland Resort is still processing refunds for guests but rest assured that if you’re owed a refund you will get it. If I were you I would call the
Annual Passholder line to check and see that they have all of your correct information like your correct credit card number or debit card, etc. There could be a number of reasons why your refund was delayed but speaking to them directly will give you a better idea of when that will process for you.
