Vickie from VA Asked Note: This answer was provided prior to the change to planDisney and may still contain references to Disney Parks Moms Panel.

Can you please remove "kelly" from my family and friends? Thank you

    Hi Vickie,

Thanks for stopping by with your question. It appears you are having some difficulties navigating your My Disney Experience account and would like some assistance.

I'm happy to talk you through the process of updating your Family & Friends list and hope that solves your problem. But please know that the Disney Parks Moms Panel members cannot access your personal information in any way. We are not Walt Disney World cast members, just regular moms and dads who enjoy sharing our experiences with other guests like you. So be assured that your private data is safe from our eyes.

You should be able to add or remove another guest in My Disney Experience from the mobile app or from the desktop version. In the app, click on My Profile, then the Family & Friends List. If you tap Kelly's name, you should see a place to click "Remove from My List."

In the desktop version, when you hover your cursor over Family & Friends, you should see a "View List" button pop up. When you click on a name, you will have more options for updating information for that guest than the mobile app offers, but you should see a "Remove from this List" button. Click that, and hit Save.

If that doesn't work for you -- or if you would rather have a cast member help you directly -- you can call (407) 939-4357, the number for assistance with My Disney Experience, FastPass+ and MagicBands.

I hope that clears up your issue, Vickie. Please let us know if we can answer any other questions for you. Enjoy!
