Hi Lawrence!
It's so nice to see a fellow Buckeye
and Disney Vacation Club Member here at planDisney. As it just so happens, booking advance dining reservations at Walt Disney World is probably my favorite piece of the vacation-planning puzzle, so you've definitely brought your question to the right place. I'm happy to help you find the perfect restaurants to enjoy during your upcoming visit and share a few details about booking dining reservations at Walt Disney World Resort.
For me, the easiest way to see all the restaurant options at Walt Disney World (and believe me, there are a
ton) is by visiting the
Walt Disney World Resort website. Once you're there, hover over the "Things to Do" tab and select
"All Dining" from the drop-down menu. This will give you the full rundown of all the dining options at Walt Disney World, from table-service restaurants and quick-service meals, to tasty snacks. Since this list can be a little overwhelming, I recommend using the filter buttons at the top of the page to narrow your search –– not only can you filter by location and restaurant type, but by clicking the "All Filters" button, you can search by almost any category imaginable.
After you've narrowed down your search to a few favorites, I recommend making at least one or two
advance dining reservations at table-service restaurants to enjoy during your visit. Not only is this a great way to enjoy a wonderful meal, but it gives you a chance to rest and recharge before heading out for the rest of the day's adventures. If you're staying at a
Disney Resorts Collection hotel during your visit, which includes all
Disney Vacation Club Resorts, you'll be able to make advance dining reservations beginning 60-days from check-in, for the length of your stay (up to 10 days). Otherwise, all Guests can make reservations up to 60 days in advance.
When it comes to dining as an eligible Disney Vacation Club Member, you'll also want to take advantage of your DVC dining discounts, along with all your other
Member Benefits, throughout your vacation. For the full list of discounts, be sure to visit the Member Benefits section of the Disney Vacation Club website. Also, be sure you've downloaded your
new DVC Digital Membership card to access all your Membership magic during your visit. With access to your card right from your smartphone, it's like having your very own Membership magic wand!
Thanks for stopping by planDisney, Lawrence. If you think of new planning questions, I hope you'll stop by again –– we're always here to help! Otherwise, I'm wishing you plenty of delicious dishes from start to finish during your upcoming visit to Walt Disney World Resort!
Happy Planning,
Amy
