I'm so sorry to hear that you are having trouble accessing your Disney account. It sounds like your Fox Premium streaming service utilized the same sign in as the rest of your Disney accounts. Hakuna Matata! Your Disney reservation still exists, but we may have to go on a little safari to locate it.
First, I recommend trying just one more time to access your reservation by signing in to your Disney account. If you have the My Disney Experience App on your mobile phone, you may be able to view your reservation here as well. You will log in with the e-mail address associated with your account. If you're like me, you may need a little assistance remembering your password! Ending your Fox Premium subscription should not disable your entire Disney account.
Paula, if you are still unable to locate your Disney account and reservation, I suggest contacting Walt Disney World or a local travel agency with the ability to book Disney travel packages. Once you have located your vacation details, I suggest taking screenshots or printing essential information so it is available to you at all times. There is so much to keep track of before a visit to the Most Magical Place on Earth, and I will wish upon a star that you are quickly able to solve the mystery of the disappearing account!
