Hi there Victoria! I'm so thankful that you stopped by planDisney. We love to help Guests with all kinds of questions!
Spending Thanksgiving in Walt Disney World is a perfect way to celebrate this special day. When I was a young Mouseketeer, my family and I enjoyed both traditional and non-traditional-style Thanksgiving meals on the occasions we gathered to give thanks in Walt Disney World. One of my most memorable childhood Thanksgiving dinners was spent at
Biergarten Restaurant in
EPCOT. We feasted on German specialties instead of turkey and listened to a Bavarian polka band rather than football announcers for a unique and delicious holiday.
Currently, during the
phased reopening of Walt Disney World, Guests can enjoy a modified character dining experience at
Topolino's Terrace - Flavors of the Riviera at
Disney's Riviera Resort and
The Garden Grill Restaurant at EPCOT. Topolino's Terrace - Flavors of the Riviera serves a delicious prix fixe breakfast with Mickey Mouse, Minnie Mouse, Donald Duck, and Daisy Duck making appearances, and The Garden Grill Restaurant cooks up a family-style feast all day long. Guests are usually visited by Mickey Mouse (in his adorable farmer attire!), Chip, Dale, and Pluto. While you can't beat the sweeping, panoramic, rooftop vistas from Topolino's Terrace - Flavors of the Riviera, Guests dining at The Garden Grill Restaurant enjoy the sights and sounds of one of my family's favorite attractions,
Living with the Land, from this rotating restaurant.
Victoria, we are still waiting to hear if any other character dining experiences will be added to the lineup later this fall. I recommend checking the
Dining: Know Before You Go page for updates and restaurant availability. In the meantime, your two current options are fantastic ways to satisfy both the rumbly in your tumbly and your appetite to see some Disney pals. Be sure to make Advanced Dining Reservations starting 60 days prior to your visit, as these experiences are popular.
I hope this helps as you continue to plan your November vacation to Walt Disney World. While the past year has often felt like a
ride aboard a spinning teacup, we have so much to be thankful for, including the ability to return to the Most Magical Place on Earth. Thanks again for stopping by, and we'll see ya real soon!
