    Melissa:

    Thanks for the question!

It looks like you've followed my TOP 5 Rules for making an itinerary (click here if you missed it!) and are well on your way to planning a fabulous vacation from what I can tell!

    1. Visit the larger parks (Epcot and Animal Kingdom) on the weekends and on either side of the weekend.  Check!
    2. Visit the smaller parks (Disney Studios and Magic Kingdom) on the weekdays when crowds are smaller. Check!
    3. You didn't mention if you have park hopper tickets or not, but if you don't I recommend avoiding the parks with Extra Magic Hours (which it looks like you've done, except Animal Kingdom). CHECK.
Last rule of thumb: avoiding Disney Studios when it shows Fantastmic.  Thursday at Disney Studios will be crowded as Fantasmic is showing according to the park calendar....but your only other choices to avoid it AND magic hours is Saturday....so I'd just keep it.

I think your approach to re-visit Epcot and Magic Kingdom at the end are good: Epcot takes two days and everyone loves to see the castle one last time before leaving.....Keep in mind, though, that Tuesday may be the lowest crowd day in the parks....I'd hate for you to "rest" on a day that will see lower park crowds.  There may be something said for a non-park day on Friday so that you can return home somewhat rested!  Just my thoughts! Hope it helps!

    Wishing y'all a magical vacation!

My family of 6 appreciates Disney's value! Although Ft. Wilderness is our second home, we've enjoyed the resorts for business, reunions and romantic getaways. For me, Disney also means dining: last count, I'd eaten at 55 restaurants around the World! Learn More About Whitney
