Greetings, Deborah, welcome to
planDisney!
Oh goodness, I think I may understand how you feel, as something similar happened to me. Please try not to worry, this can be resolved, I apologize for the inconvenience and understand how harrowing this can be.
Deborah, the first thing that I would like you to do is to ensure your computer or mobile device is complete with its updates. Then, log into your
Disney account and hover over your
My Disneyland planning section. In the dropdown click on
Ticket and Reservation Details to see if all the theme park tickets show up, if they do show up, then you can try to make your
Disneyland Resort – Theme Park Reservations once more for the final day. If this doesn’t work, then please do not worry, a quick call to
Disneyland Resort – Website Support will resolve this matter, rest assured. They work their special brand of Disney magic over there, they are so knowledgeable!
Once your ticket matter is resolved, Deborah, you might have to link all tickets to your Disney account. I love using the
Disneyland Mobile App because I can manage my plans anywhere and anytime because my mobile device is practically glued to my hand. To link your theme park tickets using the app, from the
Home Page tap the three stacked lines on the bottom right. This will lead to your
Welcome Deborah page where you will see
Tickets and Passes, tap on that to lead you to the page where you will be able to either scan the barcode or enter ticket ID numbers manually. After you link your theme park tickets making the remainder of your Disneyland Resort - Theme Park Reservations should be a breeze.
Tip:
The Disneyland Mobile App will be handy during your visit especially if you add a payment method via the
My Profile section on your
Welcome Deborah page – you can add up to 6 payment methods including
Disney Gift Cards.
Deborah, good luck with your sister’s theme park ticket, I’m sure all will be just fine, and I wish you all the happiest visits to Disneyland Resort – thank you!
Jacqueline
