Please help! I am trying to do my Fast Pass reservations & it keeps telling me that it's too early. My date to reserve is 11/29 (which started at midnight). I already cleared my browsing history, logged out & tried again. TIA

Hey, Sarah! I am so sorry you have had problems making your FastPass+ selections! I am also so sorry we were not there to help you in the middle of the night because I believe I have a very easy remedy for your issue. The window for making FastPass+ selections does begin 60 days in advance of the day you check-in to your Walt Disney World Resort hotel, or 30 days in advance of the day you play to visit one of the Resort theme parks if you are not staying at one of the Resort hotels. The time that these selections can be made, however, is actually at 7:00 a.m.

If you visited the parks a year or so ago, then you may remember this "FastPass+ GO!" time being at midnight. It did change this year and in my experience, it has been a welcome change! I have enjoyed making my selections with some coffee in my big Cheshire Cat mug, rather than fighting the Heffalumps and Woozles to stay awake so I do not miss my big moment on My Disney Experience!

I hope you were able to have your own big moment this morning, Sarah. If you are continuing to have problems with the FastPass+ system, please give a Cast Member a call so they can help you along the way. Please stop by and visit us again if you have any other questions as you continue to plan your visit.
