The Most Magical Place on Earth, it is definitely less than magical to hear that you're having difficulty booking your Advance Dining Reservations. For me, the dining experiences are some of the most important pieces of a Disney holiday (or any holiday for that matter), so I'm more than happy to help you troubleshoot your dining reservation troubles, David!
You should absolutely be able to
book dining reservations for four Guests on the My Disney Experience website or mobile app. If you are unable to find availability for four using your app, I suggest trying to search on the website by logging into your
My Disney Experience account, hovering over the "Things to Do" tab, and clicking "Make Reservations." Enter the date you wish to search and your party size of four Guests and click the blue "Search Times" button to see the dining reservation availability and book your dining experience.
If you are still having issues searching dining reservation availability, I suggest making sure you have the latest version of the mobile app downloaded and clearing your web browser's cache, and then trying again. I find that doing this usually makes the websites I visit run faster and better. If you have cleared your cache, searched on both the website and the latest version of the app, and are still having trouble, I suggest
calling a helpful Cast Member with Dining Reservations using the UK number for assistance. When I had similar issues booking my dining reservations, a Cast Member was able to book them for me right over the phone, and I secured some really delicious reservations!
