    Please help! I am staying at BCV 4/25/09. I just read that Stormalong Bay will be closed till 4/15/2009. Are these dates usually definite? The pool is the main reason I wanted to stay there. Should I switch? Thanks so much! Love the panel.

    From my experience, WDW strives to complete rehabs on schedule. However, there is no guarantee that delays will not occur, especially if the winter months bring unpredictable weather.

    My advice would be to stay with your reservation and monitor the rehab closely. You can call WDW for updates.

    Have a second choice resort in mind, just in case Stormalong Bay does not re-open by your arrival date.

    A google search of "wdw rehab" will lead you to sites that keep tabs on renovations going on in Walt Disney World.
