    Please help! When I sign in to MDE it is showing cards and guests from last year. How do I sign up for a new acct or change family and friends. People who came last time are not going this time. I do have room only reservations for this vacation. Thks

    Hi there Jacalyn,

    I am happy to assist with this issue you are having with your My Disney Experience online account.  It's funny you ask, because I was in this exact same position when I was preparing for my visit a few months ago!

    There is an option within the My Disney Experience website that will allow you to make changes to or completely remove the accounts of guests that are linked in to your account.  There are easy, step-by-step instructions in the Frequently Asked Questions section.  The link I provided will take you directly to the relevant page of the website, so you won't have to look around for the instructions.

    Please remember that once you do remove a friend or family member, the change will be permanent.  If you think you may travel with these guests again in the future, it may be helpful to ask them to create their own My Disney Experience profile prior to deleting them.  This way, their information will remain and you will be able to easily add them in again if need be!
