    Please help! I just returned from a Disney Dream cruise and I'm having trouble accessing my digital photos. I was told that the photos would be accessable within 48 hours. When I use my 8 digit ID, it says invalid. How can I get my photos? -Cathy

    I'm so sorry to hear that you are having trouble accessing those digital photos from your recent Disney Cruise. Those photos and the memories that are associated with them are a treasure. Let's unbury them!

    The Disney Cruise Line website is in the process of undergoing a magical enhancement, and that is what has led to this predicament. In order to retrieve your photos, please reach out to Disney Cruise Line's Guest Communications team via email at dcl.guest.communications@disneycruise.com.

    I hope that your time with the Disney Cruise Line was an absolute DREAM! And if you are dreaming of a future Disney Cruise, might I recommend a special Halloween on the High Seas or Very Merrytime sailing? These unique opportunities bring an extra dose of Disney fun while celebrating holidays and experiencing everything that a Disney Cruise has to offer.
