Please help. I have read about every Disney book I can get my hands on. Now I am CONFUSED on where to stay. We are planning for Jan '09 - 2 adults, 1 active senior & 1 6yr old(her 1st trip) What would you suggest?

It can be very overwhelming choosing a resort to enjoy at WDW.

First determine your hotel budget. By doing so, you'll narrow your choices to value, moderate, deluxe or deluxe villa accommodations.

Next look at the location and theme of each resort that remains on your list. With a young child, you may want to be in close proximity to the Magic Kingdom. If anyone in your party has ever dreamed about going on safari, perhaps they'd enjoy doing so Disney-style by staying at the Animal Kingdom Lodge.

Are you looking for 2 rooms or would a villa be better for your family?

    My favorites:
Grand Floridian and Polynesian on the monorail line.
Caribbean Beach Resort or one of the Port Orleans hotels for a moderate hotel.
Beach Club for walking to Epcot and the great pool.
Animal Kingdom or Wilderness Lodge for the tremendous themes.

    Best wishes!
