Hi Denise, and welcome to planDisney!
Oh, bother! I'm so sorry you've been having trouble making a
Disney Park Pass reservation. Let's go through a couple of different possibilities to see if we can get you on your way to a magical vacation at the Walt Disney World Resort!
Okay, if you have a valid Annual Pass, you should be able to make those theme park reservations, so I'm not sure what's going wrong. Here are some things to check before we go boss level and call Mickey Mouse himself for help:
- Is there availability at the theme park you're trying to visit? I took a look at your arrival date of May 18 on the
Availability Calendar, and I see that all of the parks except Disney's Hollywood Studios have openings for Annual Passholders, so if that's the park you were hoping to visit, you might need to adjust your plans a bit.
- Is your Annual Pass linked to your
My Disney Experience account? You can check for it in the
My Disney Experience app by clicking on the three horizontal lines in the bottom right corner of your screen, then clicking on "Tickets and Passes." If you need to link it, you can find prompts on the
"Link Your Reservations and Purchases" page on the Walt Disney World website.
- Will your Annual Pass have expired on the date you've chosen? Believe it or not, this one sometimes gets away from me! When you find the ticket in the app, you'll see the expiration date right beneath it.
If you can see your Annual Pass and the date is good, you probably need to give Disney's Guest Relations a call at the Website Support number
here on the telephone directory page. Sometimes it helps to have someone on the other end of the line who can walk you through a solution to the problem!
I sure hope you can get your Annual Pass showing up so you can make your Walt Disney World plans, Denise. Fingers crossed it all works out, and do come see us again if you have any more questions!
Keep Disney Dreaming,
Kathy K.
