    Please help , we have ordered digital photos on the cruise. We are trying to down load now after the cruise but we cannot! We paid already and still has watermark on it!. Please help!

    Ahoy, Rocky! Thank you for visiting planDisney with your question. I would love to help you retrieve your special cruise photos. I understand that those photos hold precious memories and are to be treasured. Let's find that buried treasure!

    To begin, I'm sad to hear that you are having a less than magical time downloading your photos. I can share some ideas with you as you try and troubleshoot the issue. I have been told that it can take up to 60 minutes after claiming your cruise photos to see the watermarks disappear. I was also informed by a Crew Member on a recent sailing that the guest who added the photo package to their account is the one that must be logged into the site and entering their Castaway Club ID to link the photos. Photos cannot be downloaded by other guests even if they are sharing a stateroom.

    If the correct guest has logged in, and you have waited at least sixty minutes to claim the photos, I have one final recommendation for you. Please clear your cache and cookies on your web browser and then try again to view your photos. If you are still unable to download your pictures without the watermarks, I'm so sorry! I wish I had a magic wand to wave away those watermarks. If the problem is still not solved, please send an email to dcl.guest.communications@disneycruise.com with the subject line "Cruise Photos".
