    Please help! One of the pieces of my lightsaber broke while we were trying to change the batteries, how would we repair it?

    Hello Landon!

    I know you must love your Savi's Workshop Handbuilt Lightsaber, and I am sorry that the Dark Side has messed with it causing one of the pieces of your Lightsaber to break! I had the opportunity to build a Lightsaber at Savi's Workshop with my son and his wife on my Disney vacation in November 2021, and I can tell you firsthand that it was amazing! It was a unique Star Wars experience!

    You can contact the Walt Disney World Online Merchandise Guest Support Center at 1-877-560-6477 (9:00 am to 5:00 pm Eastern Standard Time from Monday to Friday) or by email at merchandise.guest.services@disneyparks.com to see if a replacement part is an option. I would describe the part and the style of the Lightsaber you built when you call on the phone or email Guest Services.
