Can you please help may need a wheelchair delivered to our resort who do you recommend ? I have seen some ads but who would you use? Thanks you all are so helpful.

    Hi Pamela,

On our most recent Walt Disney World Resort vacation with extended family, circumstances required that we rent two Electric Conveyance Vehicle (ECV) scooters. While standard wheelchairs would have worked fine, my family members with mobility challenges preferred the convenience and independence of being able to use a motorized scooter. It definitely made things a lot easier for those of us who didn't have to push the wheelchairs. We used Buena Vista Scooter Rentals and I highly recommend them. The scooters were delivered directly to our resort and they picked them up on our last day. The entire rental process was incredibly smooth and seamless.

I should point out that wheelchair rentals are available at each of the four theme parks, the water parks, and at Disney Springs. However, those wheelchair rentals are only for a specific location and they must be returned before leaving the park. Due to the fact that my family needed the wheelchairs when traveling around the resort as well, we found that we needed to rent from an outside source.

I hope this helps and that you have a wonderful vacation!

    Wishing you magical memories,

    Kaylene
