Please help! I let my photopass expire and want to know if my photos are really gone.. Has anyone else ever been through this?

    Hello, Erika,

Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

The Disney PhotoPass service is certainly an important component of our vacations to the Disneyland Resort. I hope you are able to find and keep those special memories from your visit. Most PhotoPass photos are available for 45 days from the date the photo was taken. If you happen to be unable to retrieve your photos within that period, perhaps there is hope. A one-time 15-day extension for a fee is available. Should that not be an option, I suggest placing a phone call to PhotoPass Guest Support.

If you find that you need to find other ways to remember that special vacation, perhaps some other resources are available. Besides additional non-PhotoPass photos taken with our own mobile devices, our family usually holds on to other memorabilia. That could be park maps, tickets, or souvenirs such as Ear Hats or other Disneyland Resort merchandise. These are the types of things we also like to display on our walls or shelves.

Sending pixie dust your way, Erika,

    ~Tony
