    Please help last minute planning a trip to go for Thanksgiving and I can't get any dining reservations I want, any advice??

    Hi Amanda! Unfortunately, Thanksgiving week is one of those busy holiday times at Walt Disney World. To obtain your first choice of dining reservations it is always best to book at the 180 day mark. When we plan the last minute trips during busy times it can be a real headache trying to book dining.

    There is not an easy solution. I suggest you try to book any reservations you can for the days you will be there whether they are in the parks or at the resorts. Times that will be available will likely be off times but grab whatever you can get. Then, as frustrating and time consuming as it can be, get on line daily and check for your first choice dining locations to see if anything has opened up. Spots actually do open and often very close to your vacation dates so don't give up. Within two weeks I was able to get an Easter dinner reservation at a good dinner time at Narcoossees. It does happen more often then you think so just grab your second and third choices and keep trying right up to the end.  Wishing you good luck!
