    please help me find my reservation for 24dic 2021 4 people

    Thanks for stopping by to see us here at planDisney, and thanks for your question!

    I'm happy to share a few quick tips with you on how you can find your Walt Disney World Resort reservations, whether they are Resort hotel reservations or theme park reservations. If the quick tips I offer don't help you locate your reservation, you can always reach out to the Walt Disney World Resort at (407)-934-7639 and speak with a Cast Member for assistance. You can also use the online chat service to chat with a Cast Member for assistance.

    When you sign in to your My Disney Experience account, you can go to the "My Plans" area to see your reservations. You should see a section called "Lillian's Plans and Tickets" (or something similar to that, depending on the profile name that you are using with your account). 

    You should see circle icons for the major areas of your plans -- "Family & Friends," "Resort Hotel," "Park Tickets," "Park Reservations," and "Dining." Below this area, you should see a section for "My Plans, Reservations and Tickets." The "Daily Itinerary" tab will display your theme park reservations that you made with the Disney Park Pass system along with the details of the reservations. If you have a Resort hotel reservation for your accommodations, you will also see that reservation information.

    The "Tickets & Memory Maker" tab will display the details of theme park tickets that you purchased and linked to your account.

    You can also view your reservations and plans in the My Disney Experience mobile app. You can tap the main menu icon (the 3 stacked lines in the lower right corner) and then tap the "Future Plans" tile for future Disney Park Pass theme park reservations and dining reservations. You can also use the "Resort Hotel" features for information.
