Greetings, Lori!
Disney does an incredible job of catering to everyone's needs to make sure all Guests have a magical visit. They make no exception with food. Disney dining is one of my favorite topics and even Guests with allergies or other dietary needs will find a plethora of incredibly tasty options waiting for them at the Most Magical Place on Earth. Below you'll find my most recommend vegan restaurants and even a meal or two I look forward to enjoying.
Epcot: This is by far my favorite park for vegan dishes. You'll find several options all over, but
Sunshine Seasons is definitely my go-to. Try the Vegan Flatbread, it's delicious!
Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park: A close second to Epcot, there are also several locations with vegan dishes available. My choice would be
Satu'li Canteen in Pandora - The World of Avatar. The Chili-Spiced Crispy Fried Tofu Bowl is almost as amazing as riding on the back of a Banshee.
Disney's Hollywood Studios: Fairfax Fare has a delicious 7-Layer Rice Bowl with Vegan Chili. To make it truly vegan you'll just need to ask for them to leave off the sour cream and cheese.
Magic Kingdom Park: Columbia Harbour House has a tasty vegan chili and a few sides. The real stars of this park are the delicious vegan ice cream treats available at the Plaza Ice Cream Parlor.
I'm almost out of space, but I can tell you there are lots of yummy vegan dishes available at Disney Springs and at the many Resort Hotel Restaurants. You may want to make a special trip just for the "Bacon Cheeseburger" at Disney's Yacht Club Resort. Yum! If you'd like a few more recommendations for your trip, Lori, please send me a follow-up question. Have an awesome vacation!
Magical Wishes,
Lauren
