Can you please give me some details about the Wishes Dessert Party? We have reservations to attend on May 28th. Is seating reserved or do you need to get in line early to try to get a good seat? Also, can you see Tinkerbell flying from the Terrace?

    Hi Julie,

The Wishes Dessert Party is my favorite way to watch the fireworks! Awesome seats, super yummy desserts, restroom nearby, no crowds to fight for good spots & you don't have to line up 2+ hours for the fireworks which could end up being even more when the parade is an hour before the fireworks.

The night we did it, the Wishes Dessert Party had a 9 p.m. start time for the 10 p.m. showing of Wishes. We arrived about 8:45 p.m. & they had us line up against a wall just outside the entrance. Shortly after, Cast Members came by to confirm the # in our party & we were given wrist bands so that we could exit & re-enter if we needed to go to the restroom. When we entered, there were cards on each table w/ your family's name & # in your party. I honestly don't know how they decided which families were seated at which tables. I can tell you that there isn't a bad seat anywhere. None of the tables were right up next to the wall & we were free to move our chairs or stand near the outer wall if we wanted. I'd probably head over a little before 9 p.m. to get in line.

Tinker Bell flies right towards you & goes over your head for her landing. If you've got a good camera, you can get some great shots as she flies over you.

There will be a PhotoPass Photographer on hand that will take some great pics of your family w/ Cinderella Castle in the background. The desserts are amazing & you get to try as many as you want so eat an early dinner & come hungry.  They will break down the buffet as the fireworks start so be sure to get all you want before settling in for an incredible view of Wishes.

If the park is still open after Wishes, head to Tomorrowland (you've got easy access from there) & continue your magical day as other Guests make the mad dash for the exit. Wishing you many magical memories :-)
