Welcome to planDisney, Martha!
As a fellow foodie and plant-based Princess, I would be delighted to tell you about some delicious options you can enjoy during your day at Disneyland Park!
A few of my favorite plant-based snacks at Disneyland are Mickey-shaped
pretzels,
popcorn, pineapple spears and pickles. These theme park favorites can be found at food carts located around the theme park.
While visiting
Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge, make sure to try the Ronto-less Garden Wrap at
Ronto Roasters. At the
Milk Stand, sample the Blue and Green Milk. Plus, for a limited time, you can also try the Toydaria Swirl! It’s an exotic combo of Green Milk swirled with savory Lime seasoning. Just be sure to omit the Mango Jelly as it contains dairy!
At
Red Rose Taverne in Fantasyland, you’ll find the Enchanted Cauli-Flower Sandwich. If you have a
dining reservation at River Belle Terrace you can enjoy a BBQ Tofu entrée. Close by at,
French Market in New Orleans Square, ask for the off-menu vegan Jambalaya! In Adventureland,
Bengal Barbecue has an Outback Vegetable Skewer. When you’re ready for dessert, trek over to
The Tropical Hideaway for a DOLE Whip Soft Serve! Or, try a DOLE Whip Float made with soft serve and pineapple juice. The current DOLE Whip flavors are pineapple, lemon and raspberry!
Remember that
plant-based dishes are easy to spot because of the green leaf menu icon. But, many other dishes can be modified to accommodate a plant-based diet. Simply ask a Cast Member if you have any questions!
I hope this helps, Martha! Please head back to planDisney if you’d like a list of all the plant-based options at Disney California Adventure Park! You’ll find even more tasty treats to try there!
Ta ta for now!
