    Please describe the viewing section(s) and option(s) for the Galactic Spectacular Dessert Party. I am curious if there are chairs available for the fireworks or if there is the option to sit on the ground. Also interested in the view from standing spots.

    Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. Your trip is just a little over a month away. You must be getting so excited to experience the magic!

    My family enjoys Star Wars: A Galactic Spectacular. It is on our “must-do” list when visiting Disney’s Hollywood Studios. We think the light show and fireworks display is spectacular, and it tells such an iconic story!

    Star Wars: A Galactic Spectacular Dessert Party at Disney’s Hollywood Studios is a fantastic way to end your Disney Day! Your party will begin at Star Wars Launch Bay. While inside, you can look at Star Wars props and exhibits. You will find seating where you can comfortably enjoy the many Star Wars themes desserts, cheese and charcuterie, dips, and delicious beverages. For Guests 21 and over, there are a variety of adult beverages for your enjoyment. After you finish your desserts, a Cast Member will escort you to the exclusive reserved-viewing area. You will not only be able to experience Star Wars: A Galactic Spectacular, but also one of my favorites, the Wonderful World of Animation. You will also receive a cool souvenir to take home. Each time you drink out of it, you will remember your special evening.

    In my opinion, this viewing area is one of the best viewing areas to see these shows. It has been my experience that there are no chairs available to sit in, but I have sat on the ground with my kids to enjoy the show. I do try to sit close to the front of the viewing area in the hopes that there isn’t anyone standing in front of me.
