Hi there, please can you confirm our 2 year old daughter doesn’t need neither a ticket or reservation for any of the theme and water parks? Thanks

    Hi Julie!

Thanks for stopping by planDisney! I’m so excited to hear that you’re planning a trip to Walt Disney World Resort with your little one. All trips to the “Most Magical Place on Earth” are special, but there’s something extra special about visiting with your little Mouseketeer!

One of the fantastic things about visiting with little ones is that Guests who are under 3 years old are considered special Guests of Mickey Mouse and receive complimentary admission to the theme parks and water parks! So your little princess won't need a theme park ticket or water park ticket for your vacation since she will be 2 years old during your trip. While all ticketed Guests visiting the theme parks will need a theme park reservation, little ones 2 years old and under don't need a theme park reservation to enjoy the parks with their families since they don't actually have tickets. So your little one will be able to enjoy the theme parks and water parks with you and you don't need to worry about tickets or reservations for her!

Julie, keep in mind that since your little one doesn't need a theme park ticket, she will also be able to enjoy Lightning Lane reservations with you. I love to use Lightning Lane reservations with little ones because they allow you to bypass the Standby queues and make the most of your day!

Come back to see us if we can help you again as you countdown the final sleeps until your trip. T-T-F-N, ta ta for now!
